I ordered a beautiful arrangement for a friend/coworker’s visitation. I had an issue trying to fit the names of all the coworkers who contributed in the signature card section on the form, so I emailed them directly. I was so elated what I got a call from the florist directly to say she can certainly fix that so that all of us could be recognized. Additionally she was transparent about needing to substitute a flower that wasn’t available but shown on the website as well. Lastly, the arrangement also arrived on time for the visitation. It exceeded my expectations and the family was so grateful. I would highly recommend them for professionalism, attention to detail and talent. Thank you Cottage Rose Florist!

Easy to order, arrived on time and looked great!
